Join our summer team! Summer opportunities will open in January.

 

Positions include: 

Program Manager – Responsible for implementing and overseeing all aspects of the Summer Advantage program including ensuring that our model is followed, providing coaching & leadership to the summer team, & daily operations. Must hold state’s administrator credentials.

Operations Administrator- Supports all aspects of summer programming under the supervision of the Program Manager, including but not limited to distributing supplies, daily calls to families, and accurate data entry for attendance and payroll.

Academic Teacher- Responsible for facilitating daily lessons from the approved summer curriculum, including two hours of literacy instruction and one hour of math Instruction. Must have evidence of strong academic growth data and hold state teaching credentials.

Enrichment Teacher-  Responsible for creating an engaging, age-appropriate, enrichment course that includes daily lessons, has learning objectives, and daily activities. Must provide a culminating activity for the closing ceremony with families.

Dual Teacher- Facilitates both academic ( 3 hours) and enrichment (2 hours) learning for our scholars. Must meet the requirements for both positions as outlined above. 

Teacher Assistant- Responsible for serving as a mentor to our scholars. Will follow scholars through academic and enrichment courses. Will support academic and enrichment teachers and manage small group instruction. Must have a working knowledge of independent structures and instructional strategies.
